Take a quick trip to the new Java Dive Organic BISTRO, located about 5 miles south of Steiner Ranch on beautiful Ranch Road 620. This unique bistro, in Oak Grove Plaza just north of Debba Drive, was designed to be a haven for people with celiac disease or food allergies, as well as the healthy-minded. It boasts an eye-popping array of organic and often gluten free food, from omelets, bagels, waffles and wraps, to burgers, salads, pizza, and Panini.
Got kids? Java Dive Bistro offers a children’s menu, with classic items like grilled cheese, PB&J and quesadillas, each with the option of various breads and tortillas!
The bistro also sells mouth-watering goods baked by a Cordon Bleu pastry chef. These treats are guaranteed free of high fructose corn syrup, trans fat, artificial flavorings and colorings, chemicals and MSG, and can be made gluten free and sugar free!
Java Dive Bistro opens wonderfully early — 6 a.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. on the weekends. Yet be aware, it shuts down early, too — 7 p.m. — every day but Sunday, when it closes after brunch at 2 p.m.
Just craving something decadent and caffeinated? Drive two short miles south on Ranch Road 620 and discover a second location, Java Dive Organic CAFÉ, where organic, fresh-roasted coffee, natural smoothies, and delicious desserts await!
The organic café is open 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. every day except Sunday, when it opens a bit later at 8 a.m. It is located just north of Lakeway Blvd. in Lakeway Commons Plaza (next to Rocco’s Grill).
