The Spicewood Lions Club will hold its annual Charity Golf Tournament Friday, April 1 at Lakecliff Country Club. The title sponsor will be Stone House Vineyard, with Security State Bank and Trust, Anderson Family Dental, Spicewood Plumbing, Spicewood K9 Club, Assassin Pest Control, Madigan Custom Homes, Premier Windows and Doors, Hill Country Haiku, and others also committed.
Teams are $500, and individual players are $125. The price includes a box luncheon and entrance to the 19th Hole Party, live music, door prizes, and a silent auction. Proceeds will go the the Spicewood Lions Club Charity Account, which supports local Spicewood charities and community service organizations.
The tournament will be a shotgun start scramble format, with registration from noon to 12:30 p.m., tee time at 1 p.m., and the 19th Hole Party from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. For those who would just like to attend the party, tickets are $25 and include catering by It’s All Good BBQ and a glass of wine or bottle of beer.
