Lakeway homes had a median price in January 2018 of $529,000, a 16.9 percent increase from December 2017 and a 12 percent increase from January 2017. These results were based on a total of 17 home sales, which was a 22.7 percent decrease from December 2017 and an unchanged total from January 2017.
Spicewood homes had a median price in January 2018 of $415,000, a 2.1percent decrease from December 2017 and a 2.7 percent increase from January 2017. These results were based on a total of nine home sales, which was a 57.1 percent decrease from December 2017 and a 12.5 percent increase from January 2017.
Lago Vista homes had a median price in January 2018 of $255,000, a 10 percent increase from December 2017 and a 0.8 percent increase from January 2017. These results were based on a total of nine home sales, which was a 70 percent decrease from December 2017 and a 10 percent decrease from January 2017.
